The bonded leather is very thin and seems like it will scratch or tear easily. Not enough lumbar support and the tilt function isn't very useful. The arm rests are really the only thing I like about this chair.
Since the mandated work-from-home became longer than expected I started researching chairs that would be comfortable for the long days at the computer. I even purchased a couple that I ended up returning because they made my back or legs hurt after only a few hours. I went to the competitor (only because it was closest to my home) and was ready to purchase a floor model that evening because "there were no more in stock" (per the salesperson). I asked how much discount they could give me but they told me to come back the next day after another shipment arrives. WRONG ANSWER!! If they didn't want my business that evening they didn't want my business at all. Anyway I went online and found this chair ordered it and received it earlier than expected. I've had it for a little over a week now and it fits my needs perfectly! It's comfortable; not too large and not too small (I'm about 5'3"); and I didn't have to spend a fortune on it. Very satisfied.
The chair is comfy but they need to have some office people try to assemble it. Took two stars off for that. The back part takes some thinking to assemble. I almost took back to the store. Pretty said that no one has checked this out or had a someone who designed it try to assemble it. That really needs to be FIXED.
I mostly use this chair for working on the computer. I also flip the arms up for playing guitar. As other reviewers have said the padding on the seat it a little thin. Apart from that the chair works well and seems to be good quality.
