Fit and Finish is 1st class. Chair is comfortable with a firm feeling. No squishy feeling. Like the arms that can pivot away from chair easily. Assemblage was easy but with trouble spots- except I used a real hex socket- the supplied allen wrench did not have enough torque to fully screw down the screws. One hang up was the wheels - I actually had to use a rubber mallet to get them on. Up and down is a breeze and the tilt back is fine with an adjustment. My back now has a firm support- No lumbar adjustment but it seems fine as it is. I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 because of some of the hangups with the assemblage- Some screws would not have been completely seated unless I did you a hex socket.

I need the benefits of an ergonomic chair. There are many different options to get the best fit for my back and hips. The cloth and leather composition provide support and cushioning for sitting more straight up as I need to do.
