I was fortunate to have one of my precious grandson's here with his family -from the state of Texas to assist me. It is now difficult for me to get around and I am therefore reluctant to go anywhere. For this reason I particularly appreciated the great treatment we all received at your Staples store. There was quite a selection of chairs but only one that made this old body feel at home. I used the chair for over 2 years at my old job. Was probably the best office chair I have ever had. I just order one for at my new job. The arms flip up so if you want to scoot further into your desk. The back has a lock so if you want a firm back. The problem that I have with alot of fancy leather chairs is I always feel like I'm sliding out of the chair. This chair has a nice mesh/leather combo on the seat so I don't get that problem. Also just the right amount of padding.

Chair is comfortable stable and supportive out of the box. However took only 1 year and the very thin leather (leatherette or whatever it is) has work away in a number of areas in the chair. Too bad for me I guess. A fatal flaw in an otherwise good product. Chair was not subjected to any mistreatment or even rigorous use. Outer material just not durable particularly at the edges of the seat.
