Very excited to get this chair especially with all of the great reviews. I set it up and one of the screws does not align with where the nut/port on the chair is. Regardless It could still hold ok just not perfect. I sit in it for ~ 10 hours my average work day. I get up at the end of the working day and my lower back is in severe pain. The exact type of pain this chair was supposed to prevent. Disappointed to say the least. Now what do I do with this expensive 40lb chair...

I looks more comfortable than it really is. After assembling which wasn't too bad I sat down for the first time and thought if was lacking cushion and support. The arms flip up or down as needed but they don't adjust in height which means they hit my desk just perfectly for the chair not to fit under my desk without abrasions on the leather arm supports. Since I had it already assembled and it was shipped to me I didn't want to go thru the hassle of returning it. If I had tried this chair at the store I am sure I would not have purchased it. I feel that I may have to replace this chair sooner that my previous chair which I had for 7 or 8 years.

Looked very comfortable in the picture in person not as much. Sharp looking chair but if you’re going to spend a lot of time in it I’d go with a more plush chair.
