The chair felt really comfortable when I tried it in the store. I especially liked the back and the fold-away arm rests. However after having it in my office only 2 days I had to return it. The seat cushion was hard and I felt like I was sitting on the metal bracket underneath. Still struggling with lower back pain and sciatica as a result. Improvement in the cushion materials would make this a winner.

The chair looks great and was easy to assemble. The arms fold back nicely which allows you to get close to you monitor and relaxes your posture when you are typing. I thought the chair back would be higher. I'm only 5 feet and 11 inches tall but when I lean back my head is over the top of the chair back - BUMMER! It also making squeaking noises after only a couple weeks of usage. With just a few tweaks this could be a great chair.

The chair is not as comfortable as the sample in the store. For some reason the quality doesn't seem to be as good as the one on display in the store. The seat seat is lower in the front than the back

Very comfortable but taking a little time for my back to get acclimated but overall very pleased with the product and really like the color. Not too difficult to put together but did take a little patience. I would get another for my other desk.
