I love this chair: the look feel and design. I saw it in the store and tested it out. It was so comfy. You can move seat height let it tilt back and your neck is always supported. I am only 5’4” but the chair back is substantial. Arm rests flip up.

This was the nicest chair I found that had flip up arms. It was fairly easy to assemble except the arms were a little tricky. To their credit the seat was clearly marked as to front and back left and right. The last time I put a desk chair together it wasn’t marked and I put the whole thing together backwards
