Chair arm was broken. will have to take the chair back. If you are not handy or have the strength of Hercules have them put the chair together.

I needed a new chair for so long and purchased this one. It seemed to be the most comfortable and best size for my space that I could find. However after using it I find it's extremely uncomfortable for me. My tailbone is in pain after a short while. I would return it if I still had the box.

it makes lost of squeaks and creaking noises and after about a month the seat cushion was useless like sitting on particle board. the caps to cover the screw holes fall out all the time.
