First it was very difficult to put together Second the screws continue to loosen over time and must re-tighten them. Feels offbalenced when you sit in it.

When I received the first one one part was missing from the package and I had to return it. Staples was good in return process as it was automated and UPS came to pick it up at home. I ordered the replacement. The replacement has all the parts but the screw holes were mis-aligned and it took 2-3 hours of my time and energy to put it together. And I am quite skilled to do this kind of work. People with no or normal skills may end up returning it if these kind of problems persists. It still not in the best condition but I didn't want to return it again.
