Don't waste your money

Like most of the other reviewers I loved this chair at first. After a few weeks the arm became loose and the padding is starting to wear. Today the gas cylinder that allows the seat to go up and down must of started to leak. I slowly start to sink and have to get up and raise the seat. The once functional rocking and reclining option doesn't work anymore. I paid over $200 and I would expect it to last at least a year.

There is no head support. I am 5' 10" and the seatback does not even reach my neck. Not easy to put together.

Arm rest screws don’t align had a hard time attaching the left side arm rest faux leather ripping around the screw hole due to forced aligning. Floor sample was reclining and rocking. The one I got doesn’t do it and the chair is not as steady. Seat is comfortable though.

I sat in every chair on display and selected this one as the most comfortable for me. I struggled a bit getting the bolts lined up when assembling but the instructions were clear and the chair was uncomplicated. It is a bit heavier than I like and time will tell how it stands up but I am happy with my purchase.

I have the same issues as other reviewers. Felt very comfortable and supportive sitting is the store display model. Had it shipped to my home and assembled it with minimal difficulty. Once completed and at me desk it took about 5 minutes to start to destroy my back. I tried to give it to my brother for his home office as he was ready for a new chair. He sat in it for a few minutes and said "NO THANKS"!
