Hard to assemble. I am concerned that the bold holding the arms will loosen over time. In other respects it is a suitable chair but I would not recommend it. Wish I had bought the warranty.

The chair is great very comfortable. HOWEVER it broke after less than 8 months and while the replacement part was free under warranty the process of replacing the piston was a major pain. The part came with zero instructions or tools and took more than an hour to put in. Also left metal shavings all over the floor. If you have to replace the piston use a metal sledgehammer on the bottom of the piston. Remove the 4 screws to remove the bottom plate of the chair spray WD-40 on each opening of the top of the piston including the green button. This will help loosen it when taking a pipe wrench to twist it free. Just some helpful hints to save yourself a lot of time effort and likely tears. Also the chair itself took forever to arrive. "Shipped" in early June and arrived late July. It had to be reshipped because the first one was sent to a warehouse and apparently lost. All in all would probably not buy again knowing what I know now but the chair is comfortable and relatively affordable.

I bought this chair for a home office. It is comfortable and the arms angle up so the chair can be pushed in flush to the desk when not in use allowing for more space in the room.
