After almost a year and a half of working from home with an uncomfortable chair and aching back I finally picked up this chair at a great price. After 60 days I am absolutely loving it. The seat has plenty of padding and it's actually more comfortable than the chair I had at the office. I average 9 hours per day in the chair with no issues. The chair also looks great and is holding up well so far. Highly recommend.

This chair was bought for my wife (in her 80s with mobility issues) so that the swing-up arms would give her more elbow room when typing. It does that very well. The style of the chair is excellent. When assembling the chair however I had to have store help to get the left arm fastened to the chair back. The distance between the threaded screw receivers on the left side of the chair back was 1/4" shorter than the receivers on the right side and the store helper really had to work to accomplish that assembly. The rest of the chair went together easily. The padding on the seat is thinner on the left side than on the right side causing a slight body tilt to the left. Trying to compensate for the body misalignment causes back pain. The chair should be replaced but I don't relish the idea of disassembly and trying to fit it back into the box. I sat in almost all the chairs they had at Staples including gaming chairs but this one had the best lumbar support and felt better than all the others. Had some difficulty attaching the arms to the base and back of the chair but I took it to a Staples store and the gentleman there was able to attach the two arms properly.

Lacking cushion in the seat

Great chair for people with short legs. Has good back support and the moveable arms are nice; however I have been sitting in it for 3 work days now and my butt is killing me. The seat does not have a lot of cushion in it. If it did it would be perfect. Hoping I can return it and if not I will be looking for a cushion!

The chair is pretty good. I can tolerate a full day in it. I downgraded it because one of the screws was bent when it arrived so the seat is not fully attached to the base.

I got high expectation abouth this chair after i tried at store sample. But when i got it it got few issue to me one is the holes not all lining up right little painful for me to assemble. Another is always leaned oddly to the side a little make me sitting not comfortable consider return it for now.
