Really poor design. As many customers complained here the holes are not aligned so now I have left armrest sort of angled as two nuts inside just slip and don't allow me to tighten the screws. Overly it looks nice-ish but putting it together is harder than it should be (see above)

It's easy to assemble if you get everything oriented correctly (which could be shown better in the instructions) and when tightened it's rock solid. Again the instructions could be better such as regarding tilt adjustment but this is a solid chair with sturdy fabric that will last a while. I like that the arms fold back far enough in particular. Height adjustment is good. Tilt adjustment is fine.

Not pleased because a couple of places where the bolts went were sticking way out and made it hard to get bolted together. One side of chair seems to fit lower than the other side.

The seat cushion went flat after 2 days. Kind of a bummer but at first is very comfortable and it sure looks great. I love how the arms raise up so you can get close to the desk without scratching up the arms. Also if you are used to adjusting the seat part there is no allowance for that. All in all good chair looks great just plan on buying a seat cushion early on.

Don't waste your money

Like most of the other reviewers I loved this chair at first. After a few weeks the arm became loose and the padding is starting to wear. Today the gas cylinder that allows the seat to go up and down must of started to leak. I slowly start to sink and have to get up and raise the seat. The once functional rocking and reclining option doesn't work anymore. I paid over $200 and I would expect it to last at least a year.

This chair is really nice and well made. It was easy to put together and provides good support. It could us a little more cushion in the seat area but is adequate. The arms pivot to get out of the way when needed. The height is adjustable and allows tilt as well.
