I tried this chair in the store and felt comfortable so I bought it. The assembly of the chair especially the back rest and the arms was extremely difficult to align and assemble. The back rest and the arms come with predrilled holes that need to align in order for the chair to be straight. The factory drilled holes in the chair I received were not well aligned and after 2-3 hours of work I had to put the misaligned assembled chair in my car and return to store. Extremely disappointed with the time and effort I put in this chair

Purchased for it's comfort BUT.... I had it assembled by STAPLES. Not sure if it's a design flaw but apparently the screws to hold the arms are easily stripped. I noticed the left arm was loose so I tried to tighten it. I found every screw was stripped. I returned it and decided to purchase a different chair.

The chair is what I expected as was the assembly process. But.... I ordered online in the afternoon. The next day mid-day a really pleasant delivery driver was at my door with the chair! He brought it inside to complete the delivery. Couldn't be more pleased.

Im short fat and old. Finding a chair that didnt make my legs go to sleep or kill my back I decided was impossible. Till this one. I bought in brown about 2 yrs ago for my office and love it. Good thing since I now work from home. I just bought this in grey for my husband to game in at his desk. Hopefully he will love it. I also love the fold up arms. It allows you to push the chair flush in against the desk when not in use. Gives more open area in the room.
