When I received the first one one part was missing from the package and I had to return it. Staples was good in return process as it was automated and UPS came to pick it up at home. I ordered the replacement. The replacement has all the parts but the screw holes were mis-aligned and it took 2-3 hours of my time and energy to put it together. And I am quite skilled to do this kind of work. People with no or normal skills may end up returning it if these kind of problems persists. It still not in the best condition but I didn't want to return it again.

I had trouble understanding the instructions for recognizing the front from the back of the chair seat - even looking at the diagrams of the bottom of the chair seat. It cost me time because I had to redo it. But once put together I absolutely LOVE IT and it's VERY COMFORTABLE!

This chair compliments my furnishings perfectly. Delivered right to my door within a day. My husband had no problems putting it together. (Tighten the screws after they're all started.) The seat is not real cushy rather firm but not at all uncomfortable. I've only had it a month so can't comment on durability. Good buy so far!
