I have never had such a difficult time putting furniture together. The stuffing of the chair was constantly getting stuck into the screws so I would have to take the entire side of that chair apart and start over after getting the screw out untangle the stuffing and shoving the filling back into the hole that should have been made better. I had to try to put one side together 4 separate times because of this issue. The screw holes should have been better separated from the filling and the holes in the leather should have been over the holes for the screws.

Was a little tough to get the bolts started. Then it was tougher to get them all the way in. Don't think it was me since I have put together many chairs like this in the past. Very comfy chair! I like that it can sit very high!

Great Chair - If you're average size!

I'm about 5'6 315lbs. (we'll talk about my weight issues on another site if you like) However for review purposes Id like to give my 3 year experience with this chair for those purchasing. There are Many things I'd like to say positive and negative so i decided a list was easier. Pros: - Held up suprising well over 3 years compared to OTHER chairs for someone my size. - Having the ARMS raise and lower is an amazing feature of this chair. - The Seat leans and bends back with the back of the chair. (some don't like this but i appreciate it). I hate the ones that leave the seat flat but the back bends back. I personally like the legs and butt to lean backwards when leaning the chair back. - The Build Quality with stitching and fake leather is a solid 7.5 - 8. (Again compared to other chairs at this price). Cons: - The PADDING sucks for long term use. - The Air adjustment sinks down to shortest setting after sitting in it for a few hours. (yes it wasn't prob made for someone of my weight but i'm letting you know). It's not terrible though it does hold true still for the beginning and during time (of you not noticing) it does sink back down to lowest setting. - THE Plastic Sides that hold the bottom are higher then the padding causing the sides of your body to feel the plastic digging into your legs / butt because the padding is terrible. So I've attached pictures so you can see how bad the padding is. Over the Course of 3 years this becomes so bad that the legs / butt get dug into by the sides of the chair (under the arms). The moveable arms are a double edged sword on this chair it's great cause they can move up and out of the way but it allows you to sit OVER the side and push that cushion down causing the plastic to start to dig into your leg from the side. TL:DR - Great chair for someone of average size. however if you're larger this chair will be awesome for about 1 - 2 years till the padding or the air spring gives out. Then you'll need a new chair.

Very comfy chair. Very difficult aligning the arm chair holes with the seat holes to screw together because you just can't see when they are aligned. But once I got them aligned and screwed into place the chair feels great!
