Easy to set up. Leave bolts a little loose until ALL bolts are installed--then tighten.

I purchased the Sorina chair because it was exactly what I was looking for -- smaller in size lift up arms and most importantly -- COMFORTABLE ! I'm equally impressed with Spar which is the Staples furniture assembly company. The representative that I interacted with was absolutely wonderful. This company really has its act together. I have never had such a difficult time putting furniture together. The stuffing of the chair was constantly getting stuck into the screws so I would have to take the entire side of that chair apart and start over after getting the screw out untangle the stuffing and shoving the filling back into the hole that should have been made better. I had to try to put one side together 4 separate times because of this issue. The screw holes should have been better separated from the filling and the holes in the leather should have been over the holes for the screws.

Was a little tough to get the bolts started. Then it was tougher to get them all the way in. Don't think it was me since I have put together many chairs like this in the past. Very comfy chair! I like that it can sit very high!
