I tried this chair in the store and felt comfortable so I bought it. The assembly of the chair especially the back rest and the arms was extremely difficult to align and assemble. The back rest and the arms come with predrilled holes that need to align in order for the chair to be straight. The factory drilled holes in the chair I received were not well aligned and after 2-3 hours of work I had to put the misaligned assembled chair in my car and return to store. Extremely disappointed with the time and effort I put in this chair

This purchase was really planned. I have to sit for an extended amount of time in front of a computer. The neck arm and back support this chair provided is superb as in gone is the neck tension headache and tightness around my hip and waistline.

The chair is not too bad but the cushion where you sit is very poor. They should fix that. I don’t think that a person who works 8 hours everyday will be able to use it without complaining.

Chair has good support. Armrests swing up and out of the way easily. That was a big plus for me. I got the gray color and love the look. It wasn't that hard to put together. I did it by myself but having a helper wouldn't be a bad idea. I also like the tilt feature. I have no complaints at this point.

I sat in this chair in the store and it was very comfortable. They didn't have any in stock so I ordered on and it arrived within 2 days. Putting it together was a little difficult as some of the holes were off center but I got it together. It is very comfortable and the wide wheels makes it easier to roll. The lumbar support helps me sit properly. I would buy this chair again.
