It took a couple days to get used to a new chair after my old chair that was worn in just right broke beyond repair. Been using this new chair a lot with current work from home requirements and really like it. The leather has a soft feel. It's nice to lift the arms and be able to slide the chair all the way up to my desk when I'm not using it. Staples had it delivered to my door next day and I assembled it within 15 minutes.

I guess I did not read the description as well as I should have. It does have lumbar support but it's not adjustable. The back is fixed to the seat so the back does not recline. The seat is not soft at all. I sit for 12 hours a day mostly through tax season and this is not going to be a comfortable chair for me. My company did not buy it I bought it for myself and it was not a wise choice.
