Nice chair good size and support. I Like the retractable arm rest. its works good with my home office. A good functional chair for the price. I have had worse over the years. Especially if you pick it up on sale. Not sure if I would paid full price.

This chair has many great features with its movable arms which makes getting in or out of it in tight spaces to its easy raising/lowering lever. After trying many different models It is the most comfortable chair we found. We look forward to many years of comfort.

Serria Hotel Chair!

Very comfortable easy to assemble. Delivered the next day. The selling feature for me was the arms that can raise up. I had to remove the arms on the chair we replaced I bought this chair for my wife who is disabled. Raising the arms is really helpful to get her in and out of the chair plus with the arms up the chair will readily fit under our dining table. I noticed some people had problems assembling the chair. Here are some helpful hints to make it easier: 1) The chair components are made to fit on the chair only one way. Problems people have when the screw holes don't match can be trying to assemble parts wrong. Try rotating the component to see if the screw holes will align. 2) Don't tighten any of the screws until all of them have been started then tighten them. This will give a little wiggle room to adjust alignment. 3) be careful when tightening the screws not to over torque them. Over torquing the screws can cause them to strip and break. I've run out of room. Take your time and good luck.
