There are a lot of pics showing what happens with bonded leather... It's scraps of leather that is basically glued onto a fabric. Really quickly this outer layer rubs off and once that starts it peels off even quicker. This leaves pieces all over the place and usually haven't had the item that long at all. Staples needs to remove and discontinue selling anything bonded leather. Beware this is definitely 100% a bad purchase.
i had a chair for my computer desk that was too big for me. i had a pillow under me on the seat and a back rest. It was so uncomfortable! Staples had chairs on sale. So i went to the store and sat in a lot of chairs.! I went home and went on the website and studied the listing. I measured my chair at home. I went to the store and measured the chairs in the store. I decided to buy the Sorina. It is comfy and fits me perfectly. Good by pillows and back support! I love this chair and got it at a very good sale price. I am a very satisfied customer!
The 1st chair was defective and I had to return it to the store after having assembled it. The manager had a second one delivered to my home and I like it
The chair is nice - pretty comfortable and with the fold up ams just what I needed. The assembly instructions are better than most products. They are simple easy to follow and all parts are individually packed numbered and color coded to match the instruction steps. But.... Be careful! A key step is where the arms back and seat are assembled together with the chair on its side. It requires a lot of twisting and holding things in place against tension while simultaneously trying to line up the screws with the threaded inserts. During the process I ended up striping out one of the inserts and will have to repair the damage or risk making it worse over time.
The screw holes on the left arm rest did not align and it was a major pain to attach Now one screw on the arm rest just turns freely but I think it went in far enough to hold. Can't bother with return. Time will tell.
