My wife is short and this chair works. More comfortable than others on display at Staples.

So far so good with this purchase. This chair arrived on time. Easy assembly. Cleans up nice. Comfortable. Definitely like the gray color better than the black that was seen in the store. Looks good overall. Cost was reasonable.

When I was in the store it felt pretty comfortable but after a couple days it's not as comfortable. Only maybe the 1st hour. I am probably going to return it this weekend.

The seat is not all leather half is fabric. Not as heavy duty as the last chair I bought from Staples. Was a little difficult to put together. Some screws worked better in different holes. The instructions were not that clear.
