Looked good at Staples store but...........

Spent two hours working with the problem of misalignment in screw positions on seat . Attempted repositioning without success. Problem is that seat is not properly positioned - angled by small margin. Unacceptable as it affects back support (now off skilter). Manufacturer should be alerted to this problem. Will return to Staples tomorrow. Not sure I want to deal with this product again. Purchased June 29 2018.

Like this chair very much especially the arms that lift up so the chair will go under the desk. The arms could be a little lower in their down position.

I use this chair for 9 hours shifts in my office. It is very comfortable. It replaced my last Staples brand chair that lasted 7 years. This one looks like it will last at least that long.
