This is a great chair for the money. You have a vertical adjustment by using the hand bar below the chair. You have a tilt feature by using the rotating knob under the chair which means you have to get out of the chair to reach and adjust. The arm rests pivot out of the way if you choose not to use them. The only issue is there is still a portion that sticks out past the backrest which can be a nuance.Rolls easily on carpet and is a comfort to set in.

This is a very good chair but not as good as my full leather upholstered chair that it is replacing. The seat cushion is not as padded but the back support is better. You cannot beat the chair for the price.

I won't buy any expensive items unless I check it out therefore I walked into one of Staples stores in Brooklyn NY to choose a comfortable manager's chair.Out of all of them I liked this one mainly for its excellent seat positions the "grip" of my shoulders as well as the fact that the arms are up-foldable.I had no doubt that this chair was made especially for me!

The chair required aligning the bolts requiring a bit of effort. Once assembled it was very sturdy rather comfortable and quiet in operation. The arms would be better if they traveled up and out of the way by an additional 2" so you arms don't hit them when you drop your arms down. It would be nice if the chair could be tilted back and locked at an angle. Most people don't sit at a right angle as it is not that comfortable. I keep the tilt of the chair unlocked. Overall a very good value.
