I thought this chair was very uncomfortable and I am not a big person (5'3" 108lbs). It has a short seat and not much thigh support. It is also not that cushy and is stiff overall. I took it right back to the store and exchanged it for a different chair.

I needed to replace my longtime old office chair. There were so many to choose from but I liked the features this chair provided especially the flip-up arms. So now I can roll it completely under the desk when not in use. And the seating is very comfortable. I chose the grey color rather than black chair this time and I’m so glad I did. It’s quite classic looking!

This chair is really comfortable. I can sit on it for extended periods of time and my butt and back don't hurt. My only real complaint is that the plastic arms look kinda tacky. Also it's kind of a pain to assemble but I guess that's true for most office chairs.

I've ordered many chairs in the past they were comfortable but the back tilts backwards. Takes me 4 hrs to put together. If I knew I could have had them come to do that for me believe me I would have. This sorina chair that I tried out in store comfortable back is good but so difficult to get wheels in base. I called they said push in hard turn left and right should lock in. I tried for many hours just can not get wheels in. I'm hoping I can bring in base and wheels and they will do this for me.

Excellent value and quality for the price. Rolls easily even on carpet. Comfortable and excellent support for your thighs and legs. Could use a little more cushion (memory foam) in the rear sitting. Back support is adjustable and works really well. Overall this is an excellent chair for home office and it does come with a 7 year warranty.

The cylinder in the chair will not keep the chair up to the height to where it’s comparable. Every time I said it to cheer just inches down to its lowest setting.
