Debating returning it due to mediocre hardware that can't be tightened.

It was the perfect design we were looking for in terms of size and its foldable arm feature. We needed something that can slide under a desk.

I have used many office chairs over the years and I must say this one is by far the best. My backside thanks you Staples!!

Seat area needs a little more padding other than than that I love this chair and would recommend it to others. I have a small apartment and space is limited so my attraction to this chair was the arms that let up. This allows the chair to go all the way under my desk which has a center drawer and frees up my floor space.
