Chair doesn't have much padding but is sturdy so far. Not terribly comfortable but I really like the arm configuration and flexibility of how they move.

Assembly was easy but I did not sit in it long enough to realize that the padding was not sufficient. I am 5 foot 8 inches and weight 200 lbs... and the cushion in the chair is not sufficient to prevent me from feeling the chair base. I have to add an additional cushion to the chair to make it comfortable for long term sitting.

First real office chair purchase and I love it. Decided to wait a while before reviewing it. Was easy to out together. Only requires 12 screws in total. Instructions were numbered and very clear as to assembly. Would purchase again for family members.
