This fits my back perfectly with just enough lumbar support. The retractable armrests are a bonus. The seat cushion provides comfort and great support for my 160 pound body. The tension control for tilting is great for having the perfect setting. I have recommended it to my family and friends.

Hard to assemble. I am concerned that the bold holding the arms will loosen over time. In other respects it is a suitable chair but I would not recommend it. Wish I had bought the warranty.
