NEED MORE FIRM ARCH BACK SUPPORT
on May 18, 2019

Overall chair is a great design. Love the arm move up and down as sometimes I do not want the armrest. Padding in back and butt could be more. No real back support If sitting for long periods. Ohh My aching back and butt.

Buying a chair on line without sitting in it first can be an issue. But this chair is a great value. Would highly recommend. Very easy to assemble as well.

I really like all the features of this chair. It has nice padding in the fabric areas that makes it comfortable for extended periods of sitting. The flip up arms are a nice feature as well. Great buy for quality and price.

We ordered 15 of them and everyone (Men and Women) were very pleased! They are comfortable and everyone loved that the arms are movable.

The challenge is with attaching the side arms to the chair. It is somewhat difficult to insert the screws properly on the sides with the material covering the "plugs".
