This chair is not very comfortable for all day use. The chair only adjusts up and down no seat or back adjustments available and the seat tends to tip forward putting strain on the low back. I've since donated it and am back to using my old chair fortunately it was on sale and I didn't pay too much for it As a side note it came with a whiteish smear across the front top as though it had rubbed against something and worn off the vinyl -not very attractive

Great chair just need to offer seat adjustment part as had to call company to see if had shorter cylinder and paid extra for them to send as my feet did not touch the floor Company advised the have 3 different cylinders for the chair and I had the medium one Never offered when I told sales person feet did not touch said that was how chair came

I purchased this chair for my job and so far it is very comfortable. I spend about 6-8 hours a day sitting and this has been one of the most comfortable chairs I have had in all my 4o+ years of doing office work. We ordered 2 more one for the general manager and one for the owner because they liked the way mine felt when they sat in it.

The chair does not tilt back without keep a lot of pressure on it to do so. I cranked the knob under the chair all the way to full loosen and it still hard to lean back. Gonna try to exchange this thing as its not the same as the floor model.
