Great looking comfortable office chair

I received my Sorina office chair quickly but my box came with two left arms! I called Staples customer support and I received the correct arm the next day. Once I had all the correct parts a0ssembly was easy and took me less than 15 minutes to put it together. The Sorina is a great looking chair and feels sturdy and comfortable despite the fact that it's not made of top tier materials (bonded leather plastic arms and wheels). The quilted fabric inserts makes the chair look like a luxury car seat. The fabric allows for more air circulation compared to an all leather chair which makes extended sitting sessions more bearable. I went for the Grey color instead of the black. The actual color is quite a bit lighter than the picture which looks charcoal. The lighter color is attractive and makes it look more unique so I'm ok with the discrepancy. Overall I think the Sorina is a great chair for the price hopefully it endure a few years of use.

Overall content with the chair. Its super comfortable. But the back isnt as tall as i had hoped. Im pretty sure this chair was preowned as everything inside the box was unwrapped and rewrapped wrong. And the box was cut open and poorly taped back together hence why the 3 stars.
