There is only one thing I wish I would have noticed before. That is I thought I didn't need lumbar support but I do. I usually sit up on the edge of my chair so I didn't think I needed it. It is a very well-made chair and I love the leather But without the lumbar I find that my shoulders lean forward and hunched over. Not good. But all else is great!

The chair is comfortable. The adjustable height is to use. The arms being able to be moved up and down helps with ease of use and for times when you want options for seating. It also makes it easier to store the chair at your desk at the end of the day.
