This chair is very comfy but the metal arm of the chair was deeply scratched. The scratch did not occur during shipping as it was covered by thick plastic. So I question quality control & inspection during the manufacturing process! Hopefully nothing else is wrong with the chair that has not revealed itself because it is a VERY comfortable chair!

Bought this with my son for his use. He loves it great support and the ability to lift the arms allows it to roll up closer to the desk. A definite winner would recommend it to anyone.

ive had the chair only a week so keep that in mind. quick ship thanks. i sat in this chair a few times at the store before buying online. like others have said its has its problems but still a better chair than i had. its larger than i remember it in the store. i like that its rocks. u can lock it upright by pushing in on the height lever or pull out to release. in the rock position u dont have to worry about the seat tilting slight forward because it levels to your body weight backwards. armrests are a tad high. inch /1.5"...if u pulled the pads off would be about right. zero problems on assembly. as long as u know what L and R and an arrow mean should be a breeze. chair comes with the tilting spring fully compressed so u will need to turn the big black knob counter clockwise to let pressure off so it will rock to your liking. i thought the steel seat plate is a little thin remember this chair is suppose to hold 275 lbs. im 200. this plate will probably bend over time to whichever side u lean to most. also this plate should rest flat across the seat board and it doesnt. they tried to correct the seat leaning forward by putting spacers on the front two seat bolts. and this keeps the plate from lying flat across the seat board to give support to the plate. rear of seat needs more padding lower back needs more pad also. but overall for the price cant complain more than i already have....haha this statement is correct and true in my opinion. at the date of post
