The hardware screws are cheap. The heads stripes when trying to tighten and the holes don’t really line up well. Assembly should have been way quicker. Hint: Don’t use the supplied allen wrench. Best to use an allen socket & wrench. Now that the heads are striped I can’t fully tighten (or even remove) at this point making the arm rests wobbly.

I have been sitting on this chair now for about a month and I LOVE it! There are some key differences you might want to consider - you cannot tilt back and have the back support move... the whole chair at the fixed angle tilts because the back is one molded piece with the seat. This may be a negative for some - but for me the feature of having the arms flip up was the advantage I chose. This is so that I can be whatever distance from my desk without the arms hitting it. The cushioning is comfortable and doesn't appear to be flattening out. Assembly wasn't too complicated either.
