Chairs are like shoes - you need to try them out first. So I tried it out in the store as best I could. I found it comfortable and well made. After two and half months of 8 or more hours of daily use my opinion has not changed. As always the staff members at Staples were helpful - even towards closing time.

It's a nice looking chair and it's quite comfortable. However the arms don't line up properly with assembly and they become wobbly because of it. The screw covers on the arms also don't always fit in well and like to pop out. Definitely like the chair but I don't think it's the best quality for the price.
