Arms hold the back of the chair onto the seat. The screws that hold it together didn't seem to tighten as well as they should to hold all the body parts together. Overall it is comfortable and functional but for the price I expected a little better quality of construction.

This chair is the greatest! I was looking for a chair to help my aunt be more mobile in her home. I went to Staples and asked for help choosing the right chair. The manager on duty was very helpful. He picked 3 chairs and had one put together while I waited. After trying all three chairs and discussing the options with my aunt we chose the one that had been assembled while I waited. The in store experience was awesome. The chair has been very helpful to my aunt. She really likes the comfort of it and the ability to get around in her home with the use of it. Thank you Staples for being an awesome place to shop with awesome associates and managers! This is at the Forsyth IL store.
