I purchase the chair due the features and overall positive reviews. I have had the chair for one week and the seat in already pulling apart at the seams. I am very disappointed and will be returning for refund.

When it was announced that we likely won't be back in the office any earlier than September my back screamed at me to get a more appropriate chair to sit in all day. I didn't want to spend a lot of money because I am holding out hope that my office is converted back to a reading and meditation room some day in the future and I knew that meant the chair would need to find a new home. This chair was relatively inexpensive offers the lumbar support that I needed was super simple to put together (did it while on a conference call) and allows me to pull up to my desk when necessary because the arms raise up out of the way. I would prefer an adjustable back but that's the next price point so we will see how this goes. My back likes me better now. The only thing to see is if it holds up for a reasonable amount of time.
