The chair is comfortable. The reason for the three stars is for having to assemble it which at this price point doesn't make sense.

Was tricky getting the holes for the hardware to line up but it went together just fine.

I wish it went lower and I wish the arm height was adjustable too.

Chair was great for 2 weeks and now every time I sit on it it sinks all the way down. I'm less than 200 pounds so I know it's not me. Used it 3-4 hours a day. Would have been very happy it it would just stay in the proper position.

supposed to be an executive chair. I work at a desk sitting for many hours at a time. this chair is very hard picture looks like there is back support but don't believe it. Have bought this chair in the past and it was okay. Not this version.

I have this chair for my personal computer. I love it. I love it so much that when I started working from home… I went and bought a second one for my office. So comfy.

Love my new Sorina Bonded Leather Swivel Chair. Very comfortable. Like that you can have the arms up or down. Has many adjustments for a perfect fit!
