Staples was so quick to get this chair out. The only reason I gave the chair a 4 is that it was a little tough to put together. Otherwise it is wonderful!

Overall the chair seems not well constructed. The padding is not at all supportive. I often find that my legs are actually on the base of the arms where attach to the seat. The flip up arms serve no purpose at all. Really not a good chair at all.

im ~240lbs. after a week of use it feels solid and stable; rolling around and leaning back etc. the vertical arm rests are a key reason why i chose this model. they lift a bit on the stiff side but better than too loose. bonded leather feels good & durable. solid support for long study sessions at my desk (literally most of my neck/shoulder pain has departed)! assembly & instructions were easy 30min with unboxing. the plastic wheels i replaced immediately with my old rubberized ones for hardwood but thats pretty standard issue. all in all it's a great chair and im grateful to have it! Romans 10:9-10

Just received it so it will take some to get used to it. I gave it three stars because the adjusted seat height is not as high as I would like but it may be good to others. I depends on your own perferences. Nice qualtity material. Will update once I've used it for a month or so.

Highly recommend this chair. I do not spend much time in the office in the chair and so I cannot speak for the length of time in it though. I can however speak about the comfortability in it when I return to the office for paperwork. It is exceptionally relaxing to complete all necessary work and highly recommend.
