I have only had this chair for about a week and so far it's been working out great for me.I got it for my home office. It took a little bit effort to tighten the bolts for the arm rests - which also holds the chair together-as I am a petit person. Going forward I will have to see how it holds up for day to day use. But again so far I am happy with it.

I installed chair and found the hand rest is not at the same level one is little down and another is up its not even Please suggest if we can do something for this.

This chair is comfortable! I like that you can pull the arms up for easy pushing under the desk with no arm tearing. I gave it four stars because assembly with one person is awkward and slightly difficult. The back and seat are held together by the arms. So you have to manage holding the back seat and arms to get the screw holes lined up and in. I recommend having two people assemble! I did do it myself but it took a while.

Staples did not have the original chair that we wanted so we got this one. It is comfortable. I like that the arms go up. I wish it reclined a bit more. Overall it is good.
