My husband likes the chair but we can not get it to sit straight. But he likes it so much I can’t get it from him to returned it. it would have been 5 if we could get it to sit right and one armis higher than the other. Read above if you wonder why I didn’t return it.

Chairs are like shoes - you need to try them out first. So I tried it out in the store as best I could. I found it comfortable and well made. After two and half months of 8 or more hours of daily use my opinion has not changed. As always the staff members at Staples were helpful - even towards closing time.

I had to break down and buy an office chair since working from home is the norm now. I picked this because of the price (got the grey) and it is worth it. You need to apply some pressure putting the wheels on but it was not a tough assembly. I would recommend it.
