I like that the chair arms move up and out of the way. I was disappointed that the actual color of grey is much lighter than shown in the picture.

My husband started to have a back pain with his old desk chair. When this chair arrived (and after I assembled ) he said he was in a heaven!

Excellent chair for the price. Made for a person slightly taller than my 5'6" short legs and not quite ergonomic as the back is not quite upright enough for my liking. But these things are so slight overall. If you are trading up from a wood chair without wheels this chair is a blessing for the budgeting person. The cushion for my behind and back are wonderful. The wheels are a saving grace to my area rug under my table where I work. The wood chair had made worn spots in the rug where I was scooting the legs forward. The option for the arms to go up or down is really great. And it is a nice looking chair as well!
