Love this chair! Needed something that was more comfortable while sitting at a computer for 10 hours a day. The instructions and parts were by far the most concise and easiest I've ever used while putting it together by myself.

So far I am very pleased. The chair has padding right at the small of the back. Perfect for my back. The arms raise up when not in use. I am glad I picked it.

Tried 3 different desk chair with tilt arms and this was by far the most comfortable for me. The rest hit me in the shoulders making it uncomfortable. Little challenging to put together without feeling you are stripping the screws just be careful.

I love this chair. I had purchased the protection plan with a gray chair same model. There was a rip in the leather that was not repairable and liked the chair so much that I chose to order the same chair again but in black.
