Broke in less than one year. Both large plastic connecting arms broke and I fell off the back of the chair. To bad cause it was comfortable and I liked the 'lift up' arms.
I am very unhappy with my new chair. I was hoping that I would be able to lean the chair back and lock it in place but that is not the case. Because it leans forward so much it is uncomfortable to sit in for more than a few minutes.
The Venice store put my chair together and one arm rest is higher than the other. I need to have them change that. But the chair has great back support and fits my body well.
