This is not an "Executive" chair despite the title. The backrest is the same height as a standard chair which means the "headrest" actually falls below my shoulder blades. Also while the chair does lock into the upright position it is not "tilt lock " as fully upright is the only position in which it locks. The seat padding is adequate. The position of the "headrest" pushes into my back meaning I am pushed forward in the seat. The material appears fine. 3/5 as a decent chair but not an Executive as it does not provide any back support from shoulder blades on upwards. A true executive chair provides support at least up to the shoulders preferably to the head area. IT does provide back and head support for my 8yo child.

Office Chair Doesn't last Long

Bought 2-3 yrs ago Piston doesn't keep chair up Bottom Seat sheds the vinyl. Wheels are not very good either replaced a while ago. Good thing is it's a comfortable chair not sure I'd buy again or can recommend though.

Great at first now it's falling apart!!

Staples Sorina Ergonomic Swivel Great at first now it's falling apart! The armrest cover on this chair is falling apart. I have to constantly vacuum the little pieces up. What a pain. The chair just looks bad not that the armrest is falling apart. I would recommend against buying this model. I would like to exchange this chair for something a chair that doesn't fall apart.
