Purchased for use in a home office. It was fairly straightforward to assemble once I got the casters on. Rolls very smoothly. Pretty comfortable cushioning although I might add a pillow for extra lumbar support. For me it's a bonus that the arms swivel up and out of the way but I only do so occasionally.
I sat on quite a few chairs at staples and its was one of the best for comfort and durability it seemed like for the price. A lot of other chairs arms feel really week in the same price range when pressure is applied from the side. If you catch it on sale I would suggest getting it.
Very happy with this chair. It is very comfortable. My son had issues with the allen wrench that came with it. Would have like a better handle on it. I would definitely recommend this chair.
The chair was easy to build and comfortable but the right arm will not go all the way down. And it will be impossible to type consistently with the arms off by several inches. Is there a way to get a replacement right arm?
When I assembled the chair I had to place the back and seat on the floor. Then once the chair was assembled I noticed a tear in the backside of the chair’s back. The material that was used in the construction of the chair is so thin it tore. Love the comfort of the chair but not impressed with the lack of quality construction.
