Comfort-Support Design Packaging Price Check with 2 Minor Issues

This chair is definitely more comfortable than my old $500+ HON Ignition. Unboxing it was a joy for it was thoughtfully packed and all parts were in mint condition. I noticed a bit of roughness on the finish of the right arm rest but after all I didn't pay for a Herman Miller. The instructions for the assemble were clear but you need a lot of strength for the actual doing. Inserting the wheels on the base was TOO EFFORTFUL and adding the back rest to the seat was a challenge. Beyond that hump the chair definitely serves its purpose of providing solid seat and back support. It actually looks great too. I'm impressed.
Nice chair. Very comfortable and able to change height smoothly between co-workers. Only concern is the cloth surface on the seat and lower back areas. Could not really see this while looking at on-line pics. Leather is more durable than cloth but if it is well constructed this chair should still last us a long time!
Love the chair very comfortable and will suit my needs well. There was a problem with the seat fitting the plate had to drill out two of the holes to be able to attach it.
I saw it; I loved it; I ordered it. And I got an order confirmation moments later. I dreamt about it that night and when I got up the next morning I went straight to Staples.Com to check on my order. No orders found???!!! Bummer.... I made an appointment with my therapist and had a good cry. But when I came back an hour later and refreshed the page voila! There's my order! And she's coming in two days! I said a prayer of thanks to the offices gods cancelled my therapy session and had a stiff drink. The free 2-day delivery turned out to be free 1-day delivery (cheers for that Staples)! I said another prayer and carefully unwrapped her. All the components had been well-packaged and she arrived in mint condition. Being a handy guy who is also very particular I was really pleased to see how well-engineered and well-made she was. Assembly was a piece of cake and fully put-together she's a work of office art. My only only only knock on her is that from the back she slightly resembles Mr. Potato Head. But hey warts and all right? Seriously I know it's a matter of taste but if this chair appeals to your taste online you should order yourself one because you'll like it even more in the flesh. I still can't believe I got it for a hundred dollars. And no I don't work for Staples. (For reference I'm 5'7" and weigh 145. And I love this chair!)
