The chair is as I expected but the instruction booklet has an error. On page 5 the Tilt Tension is incorrect. To make it stiffer you twist the knob CLOCKWISE. To make it looser you twist the knob COUNTER CLOCKWISE. The booklet says just the opposit and it is wrong.

I just have the chair and it is very comfortable and a lot more better than what I had. I can sit at my desk longer with minimal pain from sciatica. Let's revisit this in a month or two. I tend to wear things down quickly and I plan to be much more easier on this because I want it to last. I need to just get some chair accessories to give a little more comfort eg. donut to sit on lumbar support pad etc. Thanks. #5 for excellence.

When I began putting the chair together I was very impressed with how each set of bolts was packaged individually by the step you were ready for. However the first step was putting the casters in the base. This proved impossible for me to handle. I asked my husband to put them in and even he had some difficulty. This is the reason for not giving it five stars. Not sure why they can't come pre-installed. Other than that assembly went fairly smoothly. Now that it's together it is comfortable to work in and it looks really nice in my office. I would recommend this chair. Good value for the price.
