Liked the chair. Unfortunately the in I've received was a 'lemon'. The holes on the side of the back were drilled shifted which cause the whole back to be 'crooked'. Had to return it. Decide for another one that was on floor and assembled so I knew it is OK.

The chair is solid and made of good materials. For me though the seat padding is way too thin and there is no lumbar support. I'm trying to use this chair now while sitting on a cushion with a folded towel behind my back.

The chair is as I expected but the instruction booklet has an error. On page 5 the Tilt Tension is incorrect. To make it stiffer you twist the knob CLOCKWISE. To make it looser you twist the knob COUNTER CLOCKWISE. The booklet says just the opposit and it is wrong.

This chair looks and feels of high quality but it's not an everyday office chair it's a great chair for a meeting room where you don't sit on it all day over all a good chair at a good price
