The seat is too short and does not have enough padding. I work 8-10 hours each day and thought this was going to be the right chair for me. I am disappointed.

Had a big leather chair that fell apart and was bulky for my space. This chair is comfortable strudy and easy to move. The only problem is it takes a little getting used to on the lumbar support. Very stiff but once used to it I love it.

A Disaster So Far

I had this chair delivered by Staples. These contents were missing: (1) all 5 casters (2) telescopic cover (3) gas lift all key parts. It was supposed to have been rec'd 3/20; they just mailed it out 3/19 with a delivery date now of 3/26. Oh I just was bumped up to a "premier" customer because of all the $ we spent last year at Staples. Still looking for the missing parts then I can rate the actual product. So far "quality control" on this chair has been proven poor!

This is a great chair for the price. It looks nice and is very comfortable. Tried it out in the store first and ordered it online - it was here the next day.

I am a quilter in addition to a daily computer user. This chair offers excellent back support which is particularly important when sitting at a sewing maching for hours. I paid to have it assembled at the store which ensured it was done right. The positiionable lumbar support is great especially for a tall person like me.

MISLEADING ONLINE PRICE!!!

First time buying from staples.com. Saw this chair and thought to be a really good deal. Price on pick up and reserve shows as $29.99. Store did not honor online price. This is very bad customer service. Likely not shop at this company again.

I'm not crazy about the looks but the back support is good and the chair is not too deep for someone who has shorter legs.
