Lower quality than expected. I knew it’s not going to be a high quality item since it is quite inexpensive but… I was surprised how poorly it is executed. One example is enough: the seat cover is secured with… staples.

Perfect for me! Researched chairs for petite frames for quality and warranty life. I feel that I’ve scored well on all factors with this chair. Staples is also a winner for packaging clearly marking all item parts screws/bolts and providing a well written instruction booklet.
