The chair is not what I expected for the money. The adjustments for height stop to low. I should have went to the store first to try it out.

mesh came loose

We ordered this chair online for our middle schooler who is not particularly tall or heavy. He felt that it was not very comfortable but good enough. The problem was that within 7 months mesh fabric came loose on one side on the back. We took it back to our local Staples and they were gracious enough to accept it with full refund. The bottom line: the quality of the chair is definitely substandard but Staples customer service (at our location!) is great. Hence two stars not one.

Looks good comfortable and easy to assemble. I work from home. I like task type chairs and this chair works well.

Office Chair

After trying the various office chairs in your store I selected one that gave me the most back support. Several employees gave me pointers and made the selection easier for me. We had the chair assembled and were notified of its readiness in a few days. The chair was carried out to my car by a willing employee and I am now happily seated in it. My thanks for everyone who had a part in this important purchase although I don't remember the names.

It's Bottom Line Friendly

You know I got this chair more so because of the comfortable and nice looking backing but having a friendly bottom really helps out too. The assembly process was rather intuitive it just took some time. So far no squeaks! I have yet to fall over in the chair from dozing off in it while working on some trivial work. Otherwise this chair is a good buy for the money.
