missing parts

chair came with several missing parts. went to return online and received message "cannot return item as it has not been delivered". Obviously I would not be returning item if it had not been delivered. Went on "chat" to talk with representative. She said I could not get an exchange. I would need to process the return and then go back online and re-order the chair.

The arms are not level but closed enough that does not bother me I do not have time to return it. I'll keep like this. Still good chair.
