Chair is comfortable. It is used primarily by our church administrative assistant. She loves it. We should have gotten one sooner. Churches tend to hang on to things after their usefulness has long gone.
I have been looking at this chair for a long time. It finally went on sale and I had reward points to use. I am short and this chair is easily adjustable from the chair height to the arm rest. It just requires a push on the levers. The seat depth is just right. I am very happy with my purchase. I did have the store put the chair together and it was worth the cost to do so.
I sit in my chair 2-5 hours a day at least and am loving using it thus far. Very comfortable and supportive. I prefer it for sitting back and reading but it's not as good for leaning over my particular desk for using the computer/reading on the desk.
I bought 2 chairs from 2 different Staples stores. The seat portion of both chairs make a craklin noise right after someone stands up. It sounds like the foam goes to its original shape and in the process it makes this weird noise - very strange and annoying. I wouldn't recommend this chair.
Have had this chair for about three weeks. It's not too difficult to put together the wheels were a bit tricky but not a big deal. I wanted a chair with decent lumbar support for my back. This chair does a very good job at letting you sit up straight when you lean back. It rolls ver nicely and the adjustments are pretty easy. Overall for the price I don't think you can beat the quality of this chair. Office chairs are always so expensive and they are not that comfortable. So far this has fit the bill for me and I have been satisfied.
This chair turns out to be very comfortable-- the adjustment abilities are just right. However I had difficulty purchasing it because of less-than-ethical attitudes of Staples employees-- that's another story which I reported but I am awaiting resolution-- The MAIN problem was with assembly: the threaded sockets for the assembly bolts were too snug-- I had to use a locking pliers to persuade the bolts to be screwed on. Veer difficult and frustrating. All in all I am glad I bought the chair-- just wish the Staples employee was more honest!
